Maintenance orchestration native to artificial intelligence.

Axis builds the plan, writes the procedures and opens the work orders in a conversation. Nexus answers the technical question and ties the answer to the manufacturer source. Auris listens to the meeting and hands back minutes, decisions and tasks with an owner. It is the layer that pulls it all together: AI-Native maintenance Orchestration Layer.

YOU

I have a screw compressor in the compressor room.

AXIS

I looked up what the manufacturer recommends for this model and built the complete plan. Review it and tell me what changes.

Oil analysis here is every 750 hours.

AXIS

Adjusted to 750 hours. The plan has a written procedure for every task, estimated time and planned material.

Watch AxiomGO at work.

Three recordings of the product running end to end. Each one shows something AxiomGO does on screen, and you can check it frame by frame.

Equipment coming in through a spreadsheet

Instead of registering machine by machine, you attach the spreadsheet in the chat. Axis reads the file, records each piece of equipment and leaves the base ready for the plan.

02 · The search for the manufacturer's plan 24 s

02

The search for the manufacturer's plan

You give the equipment model and Axis searches the web for manuals and maintenance recommendations, showing the research progress while it works.

03 · From failure to corrective work order 57 s

03

From failure to corrective work order

You pick the equipment from the list, describe the problem and Axis walks the diagnosis through to the corrective work order, with history and manufacturer source at hand.

The agents

Three named AI agents, and each one does one thing.

An agent that does everything does nothing well. AxiomGO splits the work into three named roles, and you always know which one answered.

Axis

Live

The conversation

This is the one you talk to. It builds the plan, writes the procedure, opens the work order and records what was reported against it. Axis is the agent you just watched at work in the demo above.

Nexus

Beta

The technical explanation

It answers the why. Where the interval came from, what the manufacturer recommends for that model, why the part fails that way. And it ties the source to the answer instead of leaving the number unsourced.

Auris

Beta

The meeting

It listens to the meeting and hands back minutes, decisions and tasks with an owner. The audio is discarded at the source: only the text stays, and you are the one who approves before a task becomes a work order.

The turn

Until now, software stored your work. It did not do it.

Writing plans and procedures always depended on experienced people and on time nobody has. The tool waited for you to type. AxiomGO inverts that: the agent builds, you review.

Today

  • You build the plan, task by task
  • Procedures live in the head of whoever knows
  • Implementation measured in months
  • Quality depends on who typed it
  • The tool waits for your input
  • Work orders scattered across paper, spreadsheets and notebooks

AxiomGO

  • The agent builds and you correct whatever you want
  • Procedure written together with the plan
  • First plan in the first conversation
  • Quality that improves with every asset
  • The agent proposes before you ask
  • Work order opened, assigned and closed in one place
Only here

Three things only AxiomGO does.

Most of what exists today stores what your team typed and charges for it. These three are not a better version of that: they are work the agent does in your place, and each one is described by what the product delivers, not by what we would like to deliver.

  1. 01

Agents with a name and one job each, three today and more coming

Axis talks and builds. Nexus answers where the interval came from and ties the source into the answer. Auris listens to the meeting and hands back minutes, decisions and tasks with an owner. Axis is live, Nexus and Auris are in beta, and the platform keeps gaining new agents. You always know which one answered, and you hold the right one to account.

  2. 02

The interval comes from the maker manual

The manual library is fed by the people who run the machine, and that is where every task interval in your plan comes from. Not an internet average: what the maker wrote for that model, with the agent telling you where it got it.

  3. 03

It runs on top of what your plant already uses

With an open API, the agent reads assets and history where they already live and writes plan, procedure and work order back into the same system. No migration, no parallel database, no team typing everything twice.

No migration project

What you already have is the starting point, not an obstacle.

An asset spreadsheet, a plan inherited from a previous management, a procedure in a loose document. The agent reads everything, completes what is missing and returns a better plan than what came in. No migration project.

01

Upload it as it is

Any spreadsheet, with the columns your team invented. The agent understands and asks only what it could not deduce.

02

It comes back complete

Every asset gets a plan with frequency, written procedure, estimated time and planned material.

03

It stays yours

You approve what goes in, correct what you disagree with and export whenever you want.

Coexistence

You do not have to replace your system.

If your plant already runs on a CMMS, AxiomGO works on top of it. There is one requirement: the system has to have an open API. The agent reads the assets and the history already there and writes the plan, the procedure and the work order back into the same system. Nobody migrates anything to get started.

An open API is the requirement

If your system exposes assets, work orders and time reporting through an API, it can be connected. The connection is built as your plant comes on board, with us alongside, against the API you already have.

No migration, no parallel database

Your history stays where it is. We do not ask you to abandon what works to prove value, nor to have the crew type everything twice.

And if there is no API?

Start from the spreadsheet. The agent reads the records as they are and hands back a plan you can review. The API connection comes later, when it makes sense.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they start

Do I need to replace what I use today?

No. AxiomGO works on top of what you already have. If your system has an open API, it reads the assets and the history already there and writes the plan, the procedure and the work order back into the same system, with no migration and no parallel database. The connection is built as your plant comes on board, against the API you already use. With no API, the starting point is the asset spreadsheet. With no system at all, AxiomGO runs on its own.

Do I lose control if an agent does the planning?

No. It stops at every decision that is yours: frequency, priority, owner, plan approval.

How long until the first result?

The first plan comes out of the first conversation. There is no implementation project and no consulting to start.

Does it work for my industry?

Yes, if your plant has equipment and a maintenance routine. The agent recognizes your industry from the equipment you register, from food to mining, from pharma to water treatment, and builds the plan from what the manufacturer recommends for each model.

Watch the agent build and orchestrate your plan.

Describe one piece of equipment at your plant, or upload the spreadsheet you already have, and get a plan with intervals, a written procedure and expected materials inside this same conversation.
