These are the rules for using this site. They are short on purpose: the site does not sell anything yet, and a long contract for a site that sells nothing would only serve to hide that.
This text describes what the site does today, checked against the code that is live. It has not yet been through legal review.
Who operates this site
ST-OPERATIONS, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL LDA, tax number 519208935, registered at Avenida República 1910, Condomínio Quinta Patino, Lote 36, 2645-143 Alcabideche, Cascais, Lisbon, Portugal. AxiomGO is the brand of the product this company is building.
What this site is, today
It is a presentation site, with a waiting list and a sign-up for the Living Library. It is not the product, it does not give access to the product, and there is nothing here to buy.
Using this site creates no account, creates no subscription, and generates no charge.
The waiting list
Joining the list means we talk to you when it opens. It is not a reservation, it is not a numbered queue, and it guarantees no access, no date and no price.
Entry to the product is in batches and by our invitation. We may invite in any order, and we may not invite.
There is no price published on this site. Any figure that comes to exist will be shown to you before any commitment, and being on the list obliges you to nothing.
The Living Library
By sending a manual to the Living Library, you state that you have the right to send it. Do not send a document that is not yours or that you are forbidden to share.
The library medals are a symbolic recognition of your participation. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and are not a title.
The demonstrations and the conversation
The diagnostic section, the videos and the scripted Axis conversation are demonstrations. The numbers, the equipment and the plans that appear there are prepared examples, not an analysis of your operation.
Nothing on this site is a maintenance recommendation, and nothing should be applied to real equipment without the judgement of whoever is responsible for it. Bad maintenance hurts people; the decision stays with whoever holds the technical responsibility.
What is ours
The text, the design, the brand, the logo and the videos on this site are ours, or used with permission. You may read, share the address, and quote with attribution. You may not copy the site, resell the content, or use the AxiomGO brand to present yourself as us.
What you write in the forms remains yours. We use it only for what the Privacy Policy describes.
Availability and liability
The site is offered as is. It may go offline, change its content, or lose a section without notice, because it is under construction and we say so openly.
We are not liable for loss resulting from a decision taken on the basis of a demonstration on this site. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow to be removed, including any consumer rights that apply to you.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies, and the forum is the district of Lisbon, Portugal.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not remove the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with them.
